Heavy duty canvas grappling dummy. Complete with straps attached to the back, hands, head and shoulders. All limbs are moveable and all areas are strikeable. Excellent for groundwork, grappling drills, ground-n-pound. As used by the police and the armed forces.
Can also be hung up for when working on standup striking.
