Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment, including Switch, Visa and MasterCard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail. You may cancel your order within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination. All orders are posted using a Signed-for service. This means that deliveries must be signed for at the point of delivery. There are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not ask!

Please allow 2 days for order processing and up to 28 days for delivery.
Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, amending your order or refunding that part of your order.
